Mutton Bird Island plus Cyclone

Maybe Sunday we are going to get the tail end of cyclone Bianca. If nothing else it will rain a bit, but I am no weather forecaster! Any who I was out at Mutton Bird Island today and the clouds were starting to come in a bit. We have had a little bit of rain but it is now very quite and still…..

I think this is the first successful stitched pano with the D3s. An odd amount of 8 images here, shot at 70mm with the cracker of a lens the AF-S 24-70mm Nano Crystal coat. It stitched perfect with no cropping!

If you are in the South West of Western Australia look out for the cyclone!

    • Thanks Michael. I was very pleased, the first attempts with my new camera were bad. I was so used to the cropped sensor on my old one the ff caught me off guard
